The Who Invented Double Tap is a project created by Bogumila and her sister Antonina. The name is inspired of course by the annoying double taps in almost every bathroom in Great Britain, where we spent a great summer time, and where we notticed great musicians and artists. Especially music, which creates Antonina refers to English sounds in a chill wave and experimental electronica style[Washed Out, Animal Collective, Baths]. The other sister is responsible about a visual concept. As a vj bo. she prefers natural and smooth images, but allways interrupted by some geometrical or electronic aspect [she is during her master degree studies of history of art, where she makes research on glitch art]. She creates from peoples’ faces some psychodelic compositions inspired by Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz’s self portrait series.
